Terms of Service

1. The service

PropertyAxis360 provides a cloud platform for managing commercial property — leases, compliance, documents, arrears, tasks, and collaboration between property owners, managing agents, occupiers and contractors.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The service is for business use by people aged 18 or over acting for an organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.

3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and only for commercial property management.
• Do not attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or upload malware.
• Ensure you have the right to enter any personal data you add, and that your use complies with data-protection law.

4. Your data and ownership

As between you and us, you own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. The property owner owns the record: a managing agent may be granted access to act on the owner’s behalf and can be removed at any time without the owner losing data, and you can export your data at any time.

5. Managing agents and authority

Where you invite a managing agent, occupier or contractor, you confirm you are authorised to grant them access, and you remain responsible for the users you invite and the scope you give them.

6. Fees and billing

The current pilot / test environment is provided free of charge. Paid subscription plans and their billing terms will be added here before any charges apply; we will not bill you without your agreement to those terms.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the platform, its software and its brand. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they transfer no ownership in it to you.

8. Third-party services

If you connect a third-party service (such as an accounting integration), your use of it is governed by that provider’s terms, and we are not responsible for it.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but during the pilot it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide legal, financial or tax advice; content in the platform is for management purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes and contact
