Why we built it
Commercial portfolios are still run on spreadsheets, shared drives and email — where a lapsed certificate or a missed break clause hides until it becomes expensive. We wanted the opposite: the next thing that needs doing, surfaced, with its reason attached.

How we build
Correctness, reviewability and safety over speed. Schema and security changes are reviewed and tested against an isolation suite before they ship. The boring discipline that keeps your data yours.

No residential features, ever. Property owner, occupier, commercial lease — the language and the model of the sector we serve, not a bolt-on.
Isolation is sacred
Row-level security is the primary boundary, enforced in the database. Leakage between customers would be catastrophic, so we make isolation provable.
Humans approve what matters
AI can read a lease and draft the numbers, but it never posts financials, alters a lease or executes a deletion. Every consequential action is a person’s call.
The owner owns the data
Property owners can export everything at any time. A managing agent can be added — and removed — without losing a record. No lock-in.
Audit trails are immutable
Every action is written once and cannot be altered, not even by an account owner. Legal defensibility and GDPR accountability by construction.
Fail visibly, never silently
Errors are logged and observable, and explained to people in plain language — never a raw stack trace, never a quiet data loss.
